One way to do this is by requesting payment for you co-pays at the time of each visit, thus eliminating costly billing procedures. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa and Master Card. We also participate in most major insurance plans and will file your claims for you. If you carry an insurance we don't participate in, you will be responsible to pay at the time of the visit and we will supply you with the proper information to be reimbursed. Please be aware of what facilities participate with your insurance such as labs and hospitals.
